Refund policy

Returns
We offer returns 14 days after the delivery date of the item/s. We will not offer a refund after the 14 days have elapsed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including any accessories or manufacturer packaging. Any modifications, tampering, or damage caused by the purchaser will void return eligibility. 

To complete your return:

  1. Securely package your item in the original box or using packaging of similar integrity.
  2. Include a copy of your invoice in the package.
  3. Affix yours or the provided return label to the package. 
  4. Drop off, or schedule pick-up of your return package with the appropriate mail carrier. 


Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Note: Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be initiated and processed.


Late or missing refunds
Cards and banks can have varying processing times. Certain variables including, but not limited to; holidays, bank/processor review, and inclement weather can lengthen processing times.

If you haven’t received a refund after receiving confirmation we recommend first contacting your bank or card company. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@atozservicesil.com.

Exchanges and Replacements
Since most of our inventory is one-of-a-kind, we can only offer a refund or partial refund for your purchase.

Shipping
If your item meets our requirements for a return, you should mail your product to: Attn: Returns Department 11234 Southwest Hwy, Palos Hills IL 60465, United States

Unless your item is received damaged, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance.
